In 2002, Overton Playgroup raised funds to renovate and re-design the garden and the children now have a new, safe and stimulating environment in which to play all year round. Features include a herb garden where the children are encouraged to touch, feel and smell the plants, a playhouse, climbing equipment, water and sand trays and outdoor toys such as bikes and prams.
The children are actively involved in looking after the garden and take part in bulb planting and tending the plants.
